All USA Mainland orders are shipped United Parcel Service (UPS) Two-Day. We will send you the tracking information when your order ships. Note that "Two-Day" shipping from Hawaii Island usually takes 3-4 days to most Mainland addresses. Inclement weather, especially during the winter months on the Mainland, can cause shipping delays.
We try to ship our freshly-roasted coffee the day of the order or next day. Weekend orders usually ship on Monday. Most orders to USA Mainland addresses are received within four days of the order. Orders received on the weekend can take a day or two longer.
We do not offer a shipping time guarantee. We do not control what happens after we hand off packages to UPS. Recent events--COVID, labor shortages, and heavy shipping volumes--have resulted in occasional delays in some deliveries of an extra couple of days.
Shipping for multi-pound items is calculated such that each pound counts as an individual item.
United States
UPS Shipping to all United States addresses: $13.50 + $3.50 per item
UPS Shipping to all Hawaii Islands: $9.00 + $2.00 per item
Canada
United States Postal Shipping (USPS) to all Provinces: 4 pounds or less: $48.00 + $2.50 per item, 4.1 - 7 pounds: $63.00 + $2.50 per item, 7.1 - 10 pounds: $76.00 + $2.50 per item
Other International Locations
UPS or USPS Shipping: 2 pounds or less: $90.00 + $2.50 per item, 2.1 to 4 pounds: $110.00 + $2.50 per item, 4.1 to 6 pounds: $124.00 + $2.50 per item, 6.1 to 12 pounds: $171.00 + $2.50 per item

We are proud of our Quality Control Team and make every effort to double check every shipment. We use quality packing materials and carefully prepare each carton. In the event that you do not receive exactly what you ordered or our products do not meet your expectations, please email our customer service team here. We will make every effort to assure your 100% satisfaction.
