Mountain Thunder’s Unique Cloud Forest Plantation:

The Cloud Forest is a micro-climate characterized by frequent, low-leveled cloud cover due to the tropical, moist environment. The temperatures vary from 50*F-75*F and at higher elevations. These zones receive less rain than a rainforest. Largely, the water sustaining the cloud forest is from the condensation on plant leaves, about 40%. This type of natural shade and moisture leads to a slower ripening coffee which results in more complex flavors and higher grades of coffee.
