This Kona Coffee is the cream of the crop, conventionally grown. 19/64 and 18/64 size beans sorted away from smaller and defective beans that may impart a less appealing flavor. This coffee is also color sorted to less than 1 percent defects taking away the white, black, yellow and brown beans. This is among the best coffee Kona has to offer, and we pass along our farm direct discount. Roasted with our signature Dedrich Roasting Machine to a French or Vienna Roast.
