100% Holualoa Estate Premium Reserve Kona Coffee :
Mountain Thunder has control over the agricultural, wet-milling, dry-milling, roasting and bagging processes. This coffee is sourced from a single estate which is mountain-grown mauka beans that pushes forward with agricultural excellence. Next we sort away the small beans and only allow 18/64 and 19/64 beans (like the private reserve) and add peaberry beans. Then, we color sort away the yellow, black, brown and white beans, which would make the coffee bland or sour. We signature roast these precious beans in our Dedrich Coffee Roaster to a Vienna Roast. Then we nitrogen flush the bag for freshness. This roast brings out the complexity in this Holualoa Estate Coffee. This coffee excells in every area under our control.
