Returns are easy at Mountain Thunder. Simply mail back the package to us using whatever courier you choose and when we receive the products back at our address, 75-1027 Henry Street #354, Kailua Kona HI 96740, we will issue a refund. Mountain Thunder will not incur the cost of shipping returns at any time.

3. Shipping Policy
Please allow 48-72 hours for processing and to allow time to roast any given order. Shipping time is currently 2-3 days for Fedex 2 day service from Hawaii. Roughly, it takes 2 days for the west coast destinations and 3 days for the east coast of the continental United States.
