Kona Coffee Recipes



Organic Vanilla Cappuccino
(Recipe won 3rd place in Kona Barrista Jam.)

  • 1 shot of 100% Organic Kona Espresso (1.5oz)

  • 1/2 teaspoon of pure vanilla extract in bottom of demitasse espresso cup or put ground organic vanilla in coffee grounds when tapping port a-filter.

  • Use only Organic whole milk

  • Steam milk, pull extra long making steamed milk mostly foam.


  • Pour steam milk and foam into demitasse with Espresso

  • Serve and Enjoy!



  • Kona Coffee Carmel Popcorn
    Carrie Canuteson


  • Pop a bag of non-buttered, non-salted popcorn

  • Heat a saucepan and add 1/2 up fine ground 100% Kona Coffee
  • Add 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
  • Add teaspoon of Vanilla Extract
  • Add 1/4 cup of butter
  • Stir for 5 minutes until mixture simmers
  • Add popped popcorn and mix well.
  • Let popcorn cool and serve.
  • Enjoy!
